The Importance of Accessibility

Hi readers,

I recently joined an internship program at Mohawk College called Introduction to Accessible Content Creation: Media and Soft Skills. I learned to edit documents and social media posts to make them more accessible. As I was making pancakes on Monday, I noticed that the pancake batter instructions were legible and clear in a larger font size. I am proud of Pearl Milling Company for making the instructions more accessible to people who are visually impaired or legally blind. And I hope more companies follow Pearl Milling Company’s lead in making the world a better place.
