If You Are Feeling Anxious, Change The Brain Channel

When I get anxious, my brain stays in the same loop of thought which is like a tv channel that plays the same episode too many times. When this happens, I often regret my impulsive way of acting or talking to people. I do not like being anxious over small and unnecessary things like stress from negative thoughts that I think too often because I feel more anxious over them. Sometimes, I like to imagine that my brain is like a tv. I somewhat realize that my brain is in the same loop of thought. I finally came up with a way to combat my anxiety. I can change the brain channel from a negative thought to a positive thought. Changing the brain channel means refocusing my mind on positive or different thoughts I should think about more often.
